• Make the most of the far reaching views across Dunfanaghy Bay towards Horn Head
• Bring in as much light as possible
• Make the most of the sun and provide a connection to the new garden
• Factor in privacy to the adjoining site

Constraints / Issues:

• Locally elevated site, ridge height restraints
• Modest budget

The design concept was to create  a compact home over 2 levels, making the most of the views and sun through corner glazing elements. Keep the finishes sharp and contemporary in feel.
